AI automation for small businesses

You didn't start your business to drown in busywork.

I'm Simon. I find the hours your business loses every week to repetitive work — follow-ups, scheduling, invoices, the same questions over and over — and I build AI systems that handle it. Plain English, no hype.

Free 30-minute audit · No technical background needed · If AI can't genuinely help your business, I'll say so

Where the hours go

The work behind the work is eating your week

Most owners lose 10–15 hours a week to work that isn't the actual business — it's the admin wrapped around it. That's the part AI is genuinely good at taking over.

A normal week

  • Leads go quiet because follow-up happens "when you get to it"
  • The same five questions answered by call, text, and email — daily
  • Quotes and invoices written at night, after the real work is done
  • Your numbers scattered across an inbox, a spreadsheet, and a notebook

The same week, automated

  • Every lead gets a reply in minutes — and a polite nudge until they answer
  • Common questions answered instantly; only the real ones reach you
  • Quotes drafted before your coffee's cold — you review and hit send
  • One screen that shows today's jobs, money in, and money owed

None of this requires you to learn AI. It requires someone to build it around how your business already works. That's what I do.

How it works

Start free. Pay for results. Keep what works.

No retainers up front, no software subscriptions you don't understand. One step at a time.

01 · FREE

The AI audit

We spend 30 minutes on how your week actually runs. I map where the hours leak and send you a short, prioritized list of the automations worth building — and roughly what each would save you. It's yours to keep either way.

02 · FIXED PRICE

I build the first win

We pick the one with the best payoff. The price is agreed before any work starts, and you see it running on your real business before it goes live. If the numbers don't clearly pay for themselves, I'll tell you not to build it.

03 · OPTIONAL

I stay on as your AI manager

Businesses change, and systems need tending. On a monthly retainer I keep everything running, tune what's there, and bring you the next win. Cancel anytime — everything I build comes with a plain-English handover.

Proof, not promises

Systems I've built and run myself

I don't sell slides. These are real systems running today — I run my own business on them. On our call I'll show you them working, live. Yours would be built around your business.

Lead outreach

The old way: writing and sending outreach one email at a time, losing track of who replied.

Now: an engine that sends personalized campaigns to hundreds of prospects, tracks every open and click, and queues warm replies for a human — me.

Business hub

The old way: information scattered across six tools and a notebook.

Now: a custom hub — one screen with customers, jobs, and money, built around how the business actually runs instead of forcing it into someone else's software.

Connected systems

The old way: retyping the same information into three different apps.

Now: automations that make systems talk to each other — a new lead flows to the calendar, the records, and a follow-up sequence without a hand touching it.

Bespoke fixes

The old way: a pain point no off-the-shelf tool quite fits.

Now: a solution built around that exact pain. Most businesses' biggest time sink is uniquely theirs — that's the one worth building for, and the one nobody sells in a box.

Fair questions

The things you're probably wondering

I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?

It's the normal case — most of my clients aren't. You explain your business in your own words; translating it into working systems is my job. You never touch code, and everything comes with a plain-English guide.

What does this cost?

The audit is free and genuinely useful on its own. Builds are fixed-price and quoted before any work starts, sized to the problem. My rule is simple: if a build won't clearly pay for itself in saved hours, I'll tell you not to do it.

We tried ChatGPT and it didn't stick.

A chat window isn't a system. Things stick when the AI is wired into how your business already runs — your inbox, your calendar, your quoting — so it works without anyone remembering to use it. That wiring is the actual work, and it's what I build.

Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive slice off their plate — the retyping, the chasing, the answering-for-the-tenth-time — so their hours go to work that needs a human. Teams usually feel this as relief, not threat.

What happens if something breaks, or we part ways?

Everything I build is documented and handed over — you own it. If I'm on retainer, I monitor and fix things before you notice. If not, the handover guide means any competent tech person can pick it up. You're never locked in.

About

Hi, I'm Simon Romanski

I've spent my career on the technology side — building the systems, not selling them. I run my own business on the same automation I offer: my outreach, my scheduling, my admin. When I say something works, it's because it's working for me right now.

AEYE Manager exists because almost every small business owner I meet is spending hours on work a machine should be doing — and nobody is showing them what's actually possible, in their language, for their business. I'd rather show than tell: on our call you'll see real systems running, not a slide deck.

The audit is free, and you'll leave with a plan worth having either way.
